As a local Sales Executive for Atlantic Merchant Services, I help businesses setup to accept debit cards, credit cards, fleet cards, handle gift cards, check guarantee and verification, check recovery and ACH processing. Customers can be setup using a physical terminal on their store counter or may use a virtual terminal from their computer. Customers also have the option of handling credit card payments via cell phone or land line telephone using OnCall Capture. We also offer e-commerce solutions for online payment through various shopping cart systems or using custom built interfaces.
Many credit card services sales people do not live here. I live and work in the Savannah area and always meet face to face with clients to be sure they are getting the right services and to handle all of their setup needs. I have the option of placing my clients with several different processors based on their individual needs.
I offer extremely competitive rates and excellent service. I return phone calls within 24 hours and can usually meet with a customer within 48 hours. The approval process can be done in as little as 48 hours and the new client can be up and running with their payment solution.

| There is no shortage of companies out there trying to sell merchant services, but Susan offers something almost none of the others do, true customer service. From the very beginning, Susan worked with me to make sure that my needs (which were out of the ordinary) were taken care of. She also gave me rates that are better than I had when I used to go through QuickBooks merchant services. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a solid credit card processing provider with someone they can meet face to face.
